At the end of the year, Foshan is about to see the opening of Foshan Metro Line 3 (Section I). It will connect the southern metropolitan center of Shunde to the core area of Guangzhou and Foshan. Half an hour is taken to arrive at the urban area of Foshan and an hour to the core area of Guangzhou.

Not far from the subway, the 150-meter-tall Desheng Building was formally put into construction recently, marking an upcoming new landmark in the central area of Shunde. It is not only a milestone for the leapfrog development of Shunde Desheng Education Group, but also will fill the gap of the regional one-stop education base and inject new impetus for the region development in internationalization and talent training quality.

World-class design to create a model of green building

Desheng Buiding covers an area of 13,474 square meters, with a total construction area of 85,279.66 square meters and a building height of 150 meters. Covering education facilities, the international examination center, headquarters offices, supporting hotels, innovation spaces and other fields, it strives to create a vibrant, creative and diversified model of green building.

At present, Shunde proposes to uphold the quality-oriented construction of the city. With the first-class aesthetic and appreciation, city construction is considered as the creation of an art work, so that more people will be attracted to, understand and love Shunde.

As a building to showcase cultural essence and profound heritage of Desheng Education Group, Desheng Building also shows the city aesthetics. Designed by the famous Singaporean DP architectural design firm, the building aims to create a vibrant and creative sky garden community, which will add beauty and delight to the city and inject new vitality to Shunde.
