The 7th China (Guangdong) International Internet Plus Exposition 2023, henceforth referred to as the "Internet+ Expo", and the 2023 Guangdong (Foshan) International Machinery Industry Equipment Expo kicks off on today (June 15), and it will continue until June 18, 2023.

The expos have received attention from nearly 100 industries ranging from automotive manufacturers and medical equipment suppliers to biopharmaceutical companies, hardware processors, electronic information firms, optoelectronic energy providers, modern agriculture enterprises, and home appliance and lighting companies. Approximately 200,000 professional buyers will attend the event and make purchases.

Meanwhile, the expos will display almost 10,000 pieces of cutting-edge technologies from renowned companies such as CASICloud, JD.com, SF Express, Huawei, Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Midea, Haier, Siemens, etc.

The exhibition also features more than 10 high-level forums, academic exchanges, and sharing sessions for new technology and products, aiming to highlight the achievements and advantages of integrating Internet technology in modern manufacturing. They will also showcase how Internet technology helps optimize resource allocation in the process of industrial digitization and transformation, as well as how to connect global production chains and encourage scientific planning.

"Exhibitions serve as an effective means to stimulate deeper and higher-level exchanges and cooperation," said Chen Hongzhan, Vice Chairman of the Promotion of International Trade Foshan Committee. In the future, the committee will continue to participate in important exhibitions in Foshan and promote efficient linkage between the exhibition and manufacturing industry, creating more well-known Foshan exhibition brands.

Lin Jianxin, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Sanlongwan Sci-tech City, highlighted Foshan's ongoing efforts in promoting the digitization and intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry. By positioning manufacturing industry as a leading force, Foshan aims to promote the efficient linkage between the internet and manufacturing industry. With the theme "Digitization Empowering Intelligent Manufacturing", this year's expo will encompass high-level forums, exhibition displays and on-site activities, creating a platform for showcasing the achievements in digital and intelligent transformation. The ultimate goal is to promote the manufacturing industry to new heights.
