On February 2, one of the plots on the south side of Central River Road, west of Suixiang Lungui Road, Ronggui Sub-District, Shunde District, Foshan City, was won by Foshan Zichuang Guangshun New Energy Technology Co., LTD.

The plot is slated to become a smart manufacturing base for light storage and charging, contributing further strength to the development of the photovoltaic and energy storage new energy industries in Shunde.

The land covers an area of approximately 74 mu, with a planned total investment of around 2 billion yuan. The project aims to establish a smart energy industry base, focusing on the production of comprehensive new energy solutions (integrated light storage and charging), special lighting fixtures, and a comprehensive platform for smart energy management.

Once completed, the project is expected to generate an annual revenue of 900 million yuan, with a tax contribution exceeding 50 million yuan, providing a comprehensive energy solution for the industrial LED lighting sector.

Zichuang Guangshun New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., the successful bidder, is a national-level high-tech enterprise based in Shenzhen, specializing in comprehensive energy solutions for energy conservation and carbon reduction.

In 2024, Shunde's industrial investment promotion continues to accelerate. Since January, Shunde District has signed contracts for more than 20 investment projects each exceeding 100 million yuan, totaling an investment of 12.223 billion yuan.

Looking ahead, Shunde will continue to target nine key industries, including CNC machine tools, high-end equipment, robotics, new energy storage, and precision instruments, strategically planning and precisely attracting investments in line with the current trend.
