On March 11, the Yukuai Catering Group bid 62.71 million for a commercial service site measuring 11,565.88 square meters in Ronggui, which is located at the south of Rongqi Avenue. This site will be used to construct Yukuai Catering Group's headquarters, also the first 150-table five-star banquet restaurant without columns. The total investment for the project is estimated at 300 million yuan.

From One Restaurants to Thirteen Restaurants in Just Seven Years

Yukuai Catering Group, a group that incorporates franchise operations and food manufacturing management, was established in Ronggui Street in 2017. It specializes in modern Cantonese cuisine, Shunde fusion dishes, and Hong Kong-style dim sum.

As a young catering brand from Shunde, Yukuai Catering rapidly expanded beyond Shunde and currently operates 13 restaurant branches in Shunde, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing, and other cities within seven years.

Furthermore, Yukuai Catering encompasses innovative dish development, restaurant project development, brand planning, etc. as its franchise management pattern. Besides, It has dedicated chefs and professional service staff to form a unique and efficient management team.

Gathering of Headquarters Projects to Promote Food Culture

Apart from the regional sentiment, the reason of Yukuai Catering's resettlement in Ronggui also lays on the its confidence about the joint development of Ronggui's catering industry.

In recent years, catering brand enterprises, including "Zhurou Po" and Dongzao Catering Group, have launched their headquarters in Ronggui, enhancing Ronggui's reputation as a "Chinese Food Town" and promote Shunde to build the IP of "Global Capital of Gastronomy".

The catering and manufacturing industries are considered as two trump cards of Rongui. In recent years, Rongui has actively expanded its industrial field and reshaped its industrial structure, stimulating the gathering development in headquarters of emerging industry and catering groups.

Ronggui encourages local catering leading enterprises to establish "central kitchens" for standardized operation and expands the influence of Ronggui's catering industry headquarters economy to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

On March 11, both Zongqi Road (from Wenhai East Road to Wenming East Road) and Rongqi Avenue West (from Dafu Road to Huaji Road) were completed for use. This provides convenience for surrounding citizens, creating an advantageous traffic environment for investment attraction and enterprise development.

Weian Techincal Park has made donation to build Weian Cultural and Sports Park. With a land of over 10,000 square meters, the park will merge with the industrial park to meet the leisure needs of enterprises and employees. Meanwhile, Bonke Kitchen and Bathroom also donated a green park on Rongqi West Avenue (from Dafu Road to Huaji Road), beautifying the urban landscape and providing public space for amusement. Currently, the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link (North Extension of Shunde to Eastern Outer Ring Road of Zhongshan) and the Shunde Bridge are progressing rapidly.
