On August 24, construction work for Liando U Valley (Guicheng Headquarters) Economic Port Project was announced to kick off with a overall funding of 800 million yuan, which was also included as a local renovation project in Guicheng Yongkou Industrial Zone. The project seeks to introduce 90 to 120 enterprises that have strong presence in sectors like electronic information, new energy & environmental protection, precision instruments, and new materials. It also marks a major milestone for Guicheng to build an industrial carrier of over 2 million square meters.
