Ningbo Zhongda Leader Intelligent Transmission Co., Ltd. recently won the bidding for a land plot in the south of Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center at 50.56 million yuan for setting up its projects of headquarter in South China.

With a planned fixed investment of 850 million yuan, it covers 37,200 square meters. The annual sale is expected to reach at least 708 million yuan and the tax payment in the coming 6 years in total, 257 million yuan.

Ningbo Zhongda Leader Intelligent Transmission Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise, focusing on industrial robots, smart logistics and new energy. As planned, the core component giant aims to build a high-end intelligent center with multiple functions including R&D, manufacturing and sales. Its settlement is sure to be the powerhouse of the core components of mechanical equipment and robots in Shunde District and even South China.

Robot industry in Foshan Sanlongwan (Shunde Area) is gathering momentum, from system integration to body manufacturing and core components, from industrial robots to service and construction robots.

Two local enterprises on the list of Fortune Global 500, Midea and Country Garden now are also seeing a rapid growth of robot industry. KUKA (Midea) has produced and sold more than 15,000 robots in total and planned to invest 800 million yuan into the second phrase project. Bright Dream Robotics (Country Garden) is developing nearly 50 construction robots, and over 30 construction robots have put into test.

In the future, Sanlongwan (Shunde Area) plans to give priority to key technology and core component as competitive companies play leading roles. To speed up digital and intelligent upgrading, more nationally-and-globally leading companies will be introduced to Shunde and Sanlongwan.
