219.6 bln yuan! FS saw new highlights of investment promotion
Most recently, Foshan Municipal Bureau of Key Projects has announced the data on investment promotion from January to September 2021. During this period, Foshan has introduced 261 projects - all valued above 100 million yuan (or 10 million US dollars), with a total contracted investment of 219.662 billion yuan. From January to September 2021, there have been 246 domestic-funded projects (212.210 billion yuan), and 15 foreign-funded projects (US$1.146 billion).
Among all projects counted, 51 major industrial projects (valued at 1 billion yuan or over 100 million US dollars) added up to a total contracted investment of 148.458 billion yuan, including 46 domestic-funded projects (143.155 billion yuan) and 5 foreign-funded projects (817 million yuan dollars).
19 projects were introduced in five districts with concerted efforts by parties including Military-civilian Integration Office of Foshan Municipal CPC Party Committee, Foshan Municipal Bureau of Development and Reform (Key Projects), Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Foshan Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Foshan National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone and Sino-German Industrial Service Zone.
