Maestro Oritental Copper Cultural Center unveiled in Dali
Foshan China 2021-12-21 11:36
Copper can be made into arts. On December 18, Maestro Oritental Copper Cultural Center (鏞正堂铜文化艺术中心) (hereinafter referred to as "the Center") was launched in a ceremony at the headquarter of HKM (兴奇集团) in Dali Town, Foshan.

Uncovered under a red cloth, the center is well polished with copper decorations at the front door. Architecturally, the whole structure was outlined by lines, covering a construction area of 540 square meters. When tourists walk inside, linear elements can be found on art pieces where copper was applied.  The whole area, with finely chosen building materials, lightings and colors, works well as an aesthetic space of copper where artistic interests and emotions coexist.

All the stereotypes that once people tend to hold towards copper break themselves right here. With one single sort of raw material, tons of subject matters come alive supplemented by various patterns and colors. Kirin, horse, pet dogs, flower pot, Chinese chess, jellyfish, mantis... Just anything you can think of.

The site was selected after deep consideration - Dali Town, noted for its powerful non-ferrous metal industry. After decades of industrial growth, Dali Town has been home to fine division of labor, extensive collaboration, wide supply channels, and massive volume of transactions, winning a sound reputation overseas for quality nonferrous metals.

As hoped by the local government, the Center will bring added value for the local industry, and innovate the way non-ferrous metals are applied and marketed.
