On January 10, Guangdong CCCC Urban Investment Holding Company Limited, a subsidiary of CCCC Urban Investment Corporation, won the first industrial land in Shunde Lunjiao Shuangzhi Industrial Park (hereinafter referred to as "Shuangzhi Park") with 113 million yuan. As planned, CCCC Intelligent Manufacturing Science & Innovation Cloud Industrial park project (hereinafter referred to as "Cloud Park Project") will settle here.

Located at the core area of Shuangzhi Park, Cloud Park Project covers an area of 4 hectares, with a total investment of about 1 billion yuan. As an important node of Xinghua Road Science and Innovation corridor, it is a strategic layout and industrial development engine of the Shuangzhi Park, and also the first industrial park project that the company established in the GBA.

Targeted at the industrial innovation and service center in the GBA, the project will take "Smart home appliance + intelligent manufacturing" as the core, and build a green smart industrial community integrating intelligent industrial space, headquarters R&D center, innovation incubation center, industrial service platform, urban reception hall, etc

It is worth mentioning that CCCC Urban Investment Corporation will co-build the technology property rights innovation center with Shanghai Technology Exchange, aiming to provide professional industrial service support covering business incubation, enterprise acceleration, innovative industries, public technology and industrial funds, empowering an intelligent full-scene ecological chain industrial cluster.
