On February 3, Guangdong Maydos Building Materials Co., LTD successfully bid for a plot located in the Second Industrial Zone in Mai Village, Xingtan Town, Shunde District. The plot covering an area of about 13.6 hectares will be used as the construction land for Maydos Global Ecological Intelligence Headquarters project.

The project is expected to invest over 2 billion yuan and plans to build an advanced paint production base with headquarters building, intelligent production factory, national R&D center, paint museum, green ecological park and other functional areas, making it a new landmark of intelligent manufacturing in Shunde.

The project will be completed and put into production in 2025. It is estimated that annual increase in sales revenue will exceed 2.5 billion yuan and the annual tax will exceed 120 million yuan, further consolidating the leading position of Xingtan in advanced materials industry.
