On November 21, the Ultron Intelligent Equipment (Foshan) Company, based in Guangzhou, successfully acquired 18 mu of industrial land within the Hefeng Xingtou plot of Foshan Nanzhuang high-end precision Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park (hereinafter referred to as "precision Intelligent Manufacturing Park"). With an investment exceeding 500 million yuan, they will establish their intelligent technology headquarters and production and research and development base. This marks the fourth major project to be established in the park this year, with an estimated tax revenue per mu surpassing one million yuan.

Since the second half of this year, Nanzhuang has attracted a number of national high-tech enterprises from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Dongguan, gradually establishing itself as a prime investment and development destination for specialized new enterprises in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It has also emerged as the primary battleground for urban industrial development in Chancheng.

Established in September 2017, Guangzhou Ultron Intelligent Technology Company (hereinafter referred to as "Ultron Intelligent") is a national high-tech enterprise. It primarily specializes in the production of automotive parts and non-standard mechanical equipment design and manufacturing for automotive enterprise automation. Ultron Intelligent has established long-term partnerships with renowned enterprises such as Toyota, Hitachi, Apex, Bridgestone.

Guangzhou Deao Mold Company (hereinafter referred to as "Deao Mold") is also a national high-tech enterprise and a specialized new company in Guangdong Province. It offers imported precision parts, accessories, molds, equipment manufacturing, and maintenance services for automotive enterprises and European/American automation manufacturers while providing manufacturing support for production equipment.

The current location of Ultron Intelligence is in Panyu, Guangzhou. In order to further expand its operations, the company plans to relocate Ultron Intelligence, Deao Mold headquarters, and the production research and development base to Nanzhuang.

According to the plan, once Ultron Intelligent settles in Nanzhuang, it will focus on the research and development of intelligent manufacturing automation equipment for new energy vehicles, automation equipment for automobile enterprises, as well as the research and development design of auto parts, rubber products, hardware components, tooling molds, and other molds. The aim is to establish an intelligent production base with a minimum building capacity area of 36,000 square meters. This production base will integrate science and technology management, scientific research and development activities, process improvement initiatives, production and manufacturing processes along with personnel training programs. It is expected that this endeavor will achieve an annual output value of 200 million yuan.

Since this year, Chancheng has steadfastly pursued manufacturing ownership and made a high-profile return to the forefront of the manufacturing sector. As a key platform for the advanced planning of Foshan Municipal Committee's "Double Ten Park" initiative, as well as one of the leading innovation-driven characteristic manufacturing parks, Nanzhuang Precision Intelligent Park serves as the primary battleground for urban industrial development in Chancheng, attracting a multitude of high-quality projects.

In July, the comprehensive construction of Precision Wisdom Park commenced, while simultaneously CCCC Urban Construction's Yili Science and Technology Cloud Corridor project settled in Hefeng Xingtou's thousand-acre industrial land with a total investment of 3 billion yuan. The project has completed the pile foundation construction phase and is now entering the main construction stage.

In September, Desheng Intelligent, a specialized new small and medium-sized enterprise in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, purchased 20 mu of land and invested in the Nanzhuang project to construct their corporate headquarters and production base. Their primary focus is on motor R&D, control system research and development, as well as servo controller manufacturing.

In October, Kossi Intelligence, a new national specialized "little giant" enterprise based in Guangzhou, acquired 25 mu of land in Nanzhuang with the intention to establish a state-of-the-art manufacturing headquarters base. In November, Ultron Intelligence also arrived in Nanzhuang to construct their corporate headquarters and R&D base.

Looking at these established projects, the majority of them are specialized new enterprises and exemplify "small and sophisticated" urban industries. They typically occupy a small land area and aim not only to construct a production base but also to relocate their corporate headquarters to Nanzhuang for establishing an intelligent and modern manufacturing system. This implies that these enterprises must retain the core and most valuable components within the local region, which is anticipated to yield greater benefits.

The successful implementation of numerous high-quality projects shows Chancheng's unwavering commitment to the manufacturing industry and its vigorous efforts in urban industrial development. This will further expedite the establishment of new and high-quality productivity within the precision intelligent manufacturing park, injecting a continuous stream of fresh impetus into Chancheng's pursuit of high-quality development.
