Recent developments have surfaced regarding the Phase II construction of Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. The project is expected to undergo completion and inspection by June next year.
Currently, workers are engaged in the installation of the external walls, including the placement of stone and glass.
Situated in Sanlongwan Sci-Tech City, this project encompasses a hotel, apartment buildings, and podiums housing a conference hall and reception rooms. Positioned adjacent to the Linshang Road exit of the Foshan First Ring Highway, the center is conveniently located near the Tanzhou Convention and Exhibition Station of Foshan Metro Line 3 and Beijiao West Station of Guangfo Ring Line. The planned land area is approximately 19,128.80 square meters, with a total construction area of 108,603.70 square meters.

Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center is a multifunctional complex integrating exhibitions, conferences, and commercial facilities. It is strategically located at the core of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Sanlongwan Sci-Tech City.
Since its inauguration, Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center has hosted nearly 450 exhibitions and conferences, establishing a series of influential brand exhibitions and events. Notably, the Foshan Uniceramics Expo is the largest in Asia and second-largest globally, while the China (Foshan) International Intelligent Robot Expo stands out as the largest, most prestigious, and most influential robotics industry event in Southern China.
As a crucial part of Phase II and its associated projects, this development is set to propel Tanzhou Convention and Exhibition Center towards becoming the "First Exhibition Hall of Chinese Industry" and further contributing to the establishment of a benchmark brand for Chinese industrial exhibitions.
