On March 21, Hauswirti Electric Appliances unveiled the plan of its production headquarter base in Shunde High-tech Zone with a planned land area of about 26 mu and a total investment of 500 million yuan. It is targeted at building a domestic intelligent production base integrating production, processing, and transportation for Hauswirti Electric Appliances' research and development.

Since 2024, Shunde has already made several achievements in investment promotion, with projects such as Sam's Club, Photovoltaic Energy Storage System Manufacturing Base, and Cheung Kong Group Commercial Center. Notably, the Fortune Global 500 company JD.com recently settled in Shunde, leveraging Shunde's manufacturing advantages in "intelligent manufacturing".

In the first 3 months of 2024, Shunde has successfully introduced 18 projects with a total investment of over 12.7 billion yuan. Among them, the settlement of Photovoltaic Energy Storage System Manufacturing Base in Ronggui will further expand Shunde's blueprint of photovoltaic energy and energy storage industries. Additionally, projects like Sam's Club and Changlu Hotel will provide significant momentum in the development of the cultural and commercial sectors.

Shunde is making efforts to accelerate the landing, construction, and production of projects. In 2023, the approval proxy service of all 14 projects were completed on schedule, totally saving 1510 days (equivalent to over 4 years) compared with the agreed date in the land supervision agreement.

"Even if it's ten o'clock at night, when we reach out to government officials to report difficulties in project settlement and construction, they respond promptly." Song Xiaoming, General Manager of Foshan Zhongdalide Driving Technology Co., Ltd., praised Shunde's business environment.

Since the beginning of this year, 18 teams have intensively carried out visiting activities, targeting 12 industries including new energy storage, high-end equipment, CNC machine tools, automobile parts, and artificial intelligence. In addition, overseas officers have dispatched to conduct investment promotion activities, visiting nearly a hundred companies in over a month, continuously expanding and enriching the reserve pool of intention projects.

The Shunde Investment Promotion Bureau stated that currently, Shunde is grasping over a hundred key projects under negotiation. In the future, Shunde will plan ahead and lay out earnestly to embark on a new expedition for high-quality urban development.
