On April 20, the first Foshan Home Building Materials Global Procurement Matchmaking Conference (hereinafter referred to as the "event") was held at the Foshan Tanzhou International Conferences and Exhibition Center.

Sponsored by the Foshan Chamber of International Commerce, the event was jointly organized by the Foshan Chamber of International Commerce Home Building Materials Industry Committee, Foshan Home Furnishing Industry Association, and Foshan Uniceramic Development Co., Ltd. More than 250 buyers from 17 countries and regions worldwide participated, bringing inquiries worth over 4.5 billion yuan.

The event attracted many overseas merchants. Representatives from companies such as PLOT-MAX LLC from the United States, CPG International Ptd Ltd from Singapore, ECO Group from Malaysia, MS GROUP from India, GOLDEN PEAK from Vietnam, and more than 50 buyers from Kyrgyzstan and other countries expressed their demand for various home building materials products.

The event became a global roadshow for the Foshan home building materials industry. Representatives from Foshan home building materials enterprises such as Nature, Wayes, Wanhe, and Hennessy, as well as relevant officials from the China Hotel Supplies Association, introduced their products. The officials of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Foshan Committee (Foshan Chamber of International Commerce) also introduced the advantages of the Foshan home building materials industry cluster, showcasing the strong industrial advantages to the world.

Bai Mingshao, a first-level inspector of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Guangdong Committee (Guangdong Chamber of International Commerce), said that the event fully utilized the opportunities of the Canton Fair and the advantages of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade to build an international exchange platform, forge synergy in global resources, facilitate the landing of a batch of international procurement investment projects, and further enhance the image and brand influence of Foshan's home building materials industry.

On the same day, the Foshan Chamber of International Commerce initiated the establishment of the Foshan Chamber of Foshan International Commerce Home Building Materials Industry Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee"), consisting of nearly 80 home building materials enterprises. She Xuebin, Chairman of Nature Home (China) Co., Ltd., the first chairman of the Committee, stated that the Committee will integrate industry resources, promote deep integration of the industry chain, go global together, and build internationally influential home furnishing and building materials brands, enhancing the golden signboard of "Made in Foshan."

To further promote enterprise connectivity and overseas expansion, representatives from the Guangzhou Branch of China Zhejiang Bank, Huawen Supply Chain, and the Economic and Investment Section of the Consulate General of France in Guangzhou provided global resource introductions. Under the organization of the event organizers, several overseas merchants visited the headquarters of enterprises such as Nature, Hennessy, Lesso, Keshun, and Wanhe to forge further connections.
