On February 6, Zinan Village hosted the launching ceremony for the "Golden Dragon," where a hundred-meter-long golden dragon, consisting of 20 boats, gracefully cruised through the night sky over the river. This visual spectacle and cultural extravaganza delighted the citizens and tourists, providing a vibrant experience.

The golden dragon's route covered nearly 5 kilometers, allowing citizens and visitors to feel the romance and charm of the Lingnan Water Village. Ms. Sun, one of the first to experience the cruise, remarked that witnessing the hundred-meter dragon lantern procession from the rear of the boat was spectacular.

The head of this hundred-meter golden dragon was crafted by Chen Zhitang, a municipal-level inheritor of Foshan lantern-making. At first glance, the dragon head boasts vibrant colors and vivid shapes. Zhuli, Deputy General Manager of Zinan Cultural Tourism Development Co., explained that the entire dragon consists of boats with distinctive Lingnan characteristics.
