On June 22, during the Dragon Boat Festival, the 2023 SJM Macao International Dragon Boat Races took place in Macau. The Nanhai Jiujiang Dragon Boat Team from Foshan successfully won two championships of the Standard Dragon Boat Races (500 meters) in both Open Category and Women Category.

On the same day, 2023 China Longzhou Tournament (Fujian-Fuzhou), the most authoritative dragon boat race with the highest level in China, was successfully concluded. Louvre Dragon Boat Team from Lecong, Shunde ranked first with two gold and one silver medals.

A total of 60 standard dragon boat teams competed in the event, including 37 standard dragon boat teams, 15 Fuzhou traditional dragon boat teams and 8 guest teams. Nearly 2,000 athletes took part in this grand competition.

In this event, Shunde Louvre Dragon Boat Team won the first prize in both the Professional Men's 500-meter Straight and 200-meter Straight by 1: 46.46 minutes and 38.56 seconds respectively with great passion and effort. Meanwhile, the team won a silver medal in the 100-meter Straight, making them the first in overall scores among all the participating teams.
