To support Foshan in building a talent hub in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and creating a first-class business environment, the Management Committee of Foshan Sino-German Industrial Service Zone (Foshan Sanlongwan Sci-Tech City) (hereinafter referred to as "Sci-Tech City") is organizing a themed photography exhibition titled "Sanlongwan Sci-Tech City · Science and Innovation Aesthetics" to create an atmosphere of "welcoming talents from afar" and let talents feel the sincerity and efforts of the outstanding services in the City.

2.Theme of the Collection:

The collection welcomes works that are about the themes of people and objects, daily life, and space and architecture in Sanlongwan Sci-Tech City. The aim is to showcase the city's livability and business-friendliness, as well as the symbiotic relationship between innovation, technology, and aesthetics.

3. Eligible Participants:

This collection is open to the following individuals:

a. High-level talents in Foshan

b. Photographers

c. Citizens of Foshan

d. Photography enthusiasts

4.Submission Period:

From August 21 to September 15

5.Submission Guidelines:

a. Topics and genre of the works are not limited. Color, black and white photographs are accepted, and there are no restrictions on the equipment used for shooting. The content should be positive and healthy, and innovative works are encouraged.

b. Each person can upload up to 10 works. A single image or a series of images (up to 6 images within a single series) will be counted as 1 submission. The size of each image should be between 2MB to 20MB, in JPG format.

c. The uploaded images must retain the EXIF information. Screenshots and stitched images will not be accepted.

d. Only minor adjustments to brightness, contrast, and color saturation are allowed. Any modifications or enhancements that affect the authenticity of the original image are not permitted.

e. The works should not contain any markings revealing the author's personal or institutional information.

f. The works must be original and ensure their authenticity and originality.

6.Exhibition of Outstanding Works:

Outstanding works will be showcased on the Talent Night stage on September 27 (in a slideshow format) and will be publicly exhibited at the photography exhibition in Foshan High-level Talent Service Zone.

7.Submission Method:

Scan the QR code below to submit photo files and relevant personal information. Once participants submit their works, they are deemed to consent to submission requirements and copyright commitment.

8. Submission Notes:

a. The submitted works must be independently created by the participant, and the participant must have the independent, complete, clear, and undisputed copyright to the works. Participants must ensure that the works do not infringe upon the copyrights, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, and other legal rights and interests of others.

b. It is strictly prohibited to use any technical methods to use the partial or entire images of others' works. The participant is entitled to all legal responsibilities for any disputes arising from violations of the above provisions.

c. Works and behaviors that are likely to harm public order and good customs (including but not limited to those that may seriously mislead public perception or have fraudulent nature, and all situations that violate national laws, social morals, public order, and good customs) will result in immediate disqualification.

d. The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify participants who have copyright issues or other serious violations.

e. The organizer has the right to use the selected works in other events, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, exhibition, screening, online dissemination, compilation, etc., without payment of any remuneration.

f. By participating in the submission, participants are deemed to consent to all the provisions of this call for submissions.

g. The organizer has the final interpretation right over all matters related to this call for submissions and the exhibition.
