On May 4, delegations of college students and teachers from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Canada, Russia and Indonesia visited Beijiao town in Shunde. They have been to the showroom in the headquarters of Midea Group, Midea Group’s global innovation center and Guangdong Industrial Design City, which helped them learn about the latest intelligent products and experience the unique charm of industry characteristics.

In the Midea showroom, a series of smart products have aroused the curiosity of the teachers and students. They all hasted to take pictures and videos and inquire about the features of products. Also, in Midea global innovation exhibition hall, various intelligent robots have attracted the attention from the visitors. Many students started to play with one of the robots that can quickly restore the Rubik’s Cube. In the museum of Guangdong Industrial Design City, teachers and students also showed great interest in the products made by the design city.

Andrey Ganzha, a college student from Russia was very interested in the intelligent robots produced by Midea. “Products made by Midea are very nice and they make us feel good”. Andrey Ganzha thought that some of the products there were rarely seen in Russia , but he believed that there would be more such products appearing in Russia in the next two or three years.

Apart from overseas students, there were also Chinese students participating in the visit. A junior student from Foshan University Liu Kaiguan said that it was his first time to visit Foshan enterprises,  although he has been studying in Foshan for several years. “I use Midea’s products in daily life, but it’s the first time for me to visit Midea on site and see so many smart products.” Liu Kaiguan expressed. Liu felt very proud because overseas teachers and students showed their interest in the products made by Chinese enterprises. During the exchange, delegations of teachers and students discussed with relevant persons of Midea Group on product quality, development schedule, innovation development , personnel training and etc.
