关于调整疫情防控措施的通告 

为统筹做好疫情防控和经济社会发展，根据疫情防控工作需要和风险研判，4月20日零时起我市对有关疫情防控措施进行调整，现通告如下：

一、取消“持48小时核酸阴性证明离佛”措施，市民群众凭健康码“绿码”出行。出行前请合理规划行程，非必要不前往中、高风险地区所在市。出行前，请查询目的地疫情防控政策。返佛后按要求落实健康管理措施。 

二、严格公共场所疫情防控。各类公共场所严格落实测温、查行程卡、扫场所码、限流等防控措施，提醒进入的市民群众保持1米间距、正确佩戴口罩。 
 

三、继续做好个人健康管理。请广大市民自觉遵守疫情防控各项规定，做好个人防护，科学佩戴口罩，勤洗手，常通风，保持社交距离，积极接种疫苗，减少聚集性活动。做好自我健康监测，如出现发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛、味嗅觉减退等不适症状，立即前往就近发热门诊就诊，就医途中全程佩戴口罩，避免乘坐公共交通工具。 

本通告自2022年4月20日起施行，有关措施将根据疫情防控形势动态调整。

Notice on Adjusting Epidemic Prevention & Control Measures in Foshan

To coordinate epidemic prevention and control with economic and social development, starting from 0:00, April 20, Foshan adjusted the previous measures based on the current COVID situation and risk assessment. The details are as follows: 

1.People are required to hold green health codes instead of a negative nucleic acid test result within 48 hours for leaving Foshan. Please plan your travel properly and do not visit the cities with mid or high-risk areas unless necessary. Please check the local epidemic prevention and control policies of destinations before leaving Foshan and implement the required health management measures after returning to Foshan.
 

2.Prevention and control measures such as checking temperature and travel history codes, scanning the location codes, controlling the scale of visitors in public places will be conducted strictly. People are suggested to keep 1-meter social distance and wear masks while entering public facilities.
 

3.Please pay attention to your personal health management. We call for all residents and visitors to abide by the regulations about epidemic prevention and control, conduct sound personal protection, properly wear a mask, wash hands often, ventilate frequently, keep a safe social distance, take vaccinations as soon as possible and reduce gatherings. If you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat and loss of taste and smell, please go to the fever clinic of a medical institution in time for treatment, always wear a mask during the trip and avoid taking public transportation.
 

The above measures will take effect since April 20, 2022 and will be dynamically adjusted based on epidemic risk assessment.
