须在3天内进行2次核酸检测

问题1：

没有去过涉疫地区，本人不知道为什么被赋黄码，想知道被赋黄码的原因。

赋黄码是按照疫情防控的工作要求，各级各部门分工协作进行的。主要是针对去过有疫情风险场所、可能接触过有疫情风险人员的一个健康管理措施，督促其尽快进行核酸检测，排除疫情风险。希望大家为了疫情防控予以理解和配合。针对黄码的赋码规则和范围，由相关部门结合疫情防控的需要来确定，主要有以下几种可能性：

1.与阳性病例涉及的重点场所、区域一定时空范围内有交集；

2.与阳性病例接触过的人员在重点场所、区域一定时空范围内有交集；未必是和阳性病例有直接、间接的接触，也有可能是与其接触人员在时空上有一定的交集而导致的。为了您和他人的健康，请您24小时内尽快到就近的采样点进行核酸检测。

Yellow health codes are assigned by government departments at all levels in accordance with local epidemic situations. This is a health management measure for people who have been to at-risk place(s) and may have contacted at-risk people, aiming to urge them to get tested for COVID-19 and eliminate transmission risks. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Rules for assigning yellow health codes are determined by the disease control department based on the needs of epidemic prevention and control, which may include:

1.People who have a space-time overlap in key places or areas visited by COVID-19 patients;

2.People who have a space-time overlap in key places or areas visited by personnel that have contacted with a COVID-19 patient. A yellow health code does not always indicate that the person have a direct or indirect contact with a COVID-19 patient. A space-time overlap with a close contact or a sub-close contact may also trigger a yellow health code. For the health of you and others, please immediately go to the nearest sampling site for nucleic acid testing within 24 hours.

被赋黄码后，已做核酸但未恢复绿码，如何解决？

I have finished a nucleic acid test but my health code is still yellow. What should I do?

在做完核酸后，健康码就会自动转绿，由于核酸数据上传需要一定的时间，有时转绿会稍晚于核酸结果，建议等待一段时间重新打开小程序查看。

Since it takes time to upload the test result, sometimes it will turn green slightly later than the time the test result comes out. You may check the applet a little bit later.

问题3：

做完核酸检测了，但是长时间查不到结果，可以向哪里咨询？

I have finished a nucleic acid test for some time but can’t find the result. Who can I consult?

检测机构仍未将结果上传平台的情况，可与采样机构联系。
