On February 29, the Shunde area of Sanlongwan Sci-Tech City was quite busy as the inauguration ceremony for the top ten industrial projects in Beijiao Town for the year 2024 took place at the Zhongda Lide (South China) High-end Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Project. The top ten industrial projects cover an area of 514 mu in total, with a total investment of 6.7 billion yuan, and an estimated total output value of 8.5 billion yuan. They span various fields such as smart manufacturing, robotics, and the digital economy, further showcasing the region's favorable business environment and injecting strong momentum for high-quality development.

The ten major industrial projects inaugurated include the Zhongda Lide (South China) High-end Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Project, the Top-Sight Intelligence Zero-carbon Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Project, the Yingte Intelligent Manufacturing Base Project, the CAC Telecom "International Data Transmission Hub" Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Node Project, the Philips Water Health Smart Home Appliance Manufacturing Base Project, the Kefan Home Appliance Headquarters Project, the Minzhuo Syncronous Motor Intelligent Factory Project, the Lepu Motor Intelligent Factory Project, the Kaishuo Smart Manufacturing Digital Demonstration Project, and the Guangdong Yingke Electronic Co., Ltd. Headquarters Base Project.

At the event site, the Zhongda Lide (South China) High-end Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Project held its commissioning ceremony. The project covers an area of 55.72 mu with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan. It is designed to produce 25,000 robot bodies and 200,000 sets of intelligent execution units annually. The production line will introduce international high-end equipment, aiming to build the research and development center, smart manufacturing center and marketing center of Zhongda Lide in South China.

"From negotiation, construction, acceptance to commissioning, this project has received remarkable support from the government at all levels," said Song Xiaoming, General Manager of Foshan Zhongda Lide Drive Technology Co., Ltd. He emphasized that Zhongda Lide will continue to leverage Foshan's geographical and industrial advantages to ensure the project realizes its investment goal, driving industrial transformation and upgrading, and promoting high-quality development of enterprises.

The inauguration of the top ten projects has strengthened the advantages and agglomeration effects of Beijiao's smart home and robotics industries, providing strong impetus for the region's next-stage development. In the future, the Shunde area of Sanlongwan will continue to prioritize manufacturing, enhance industrial advantages, provide full-cycle service guarantees for industrial projects, continuously explore new paths for high-quality productivity, and strive to make Foshan warmer, friendlier, and more livable.
