那么在我们佛山，美式足球应该算是一项比较少见的运动。但其实，佛山可是拥有着国内第一座专业美式足球场！今天，小编就请来来自佛山天行达阵青少年橄榄球学院的一名外籍教练——Serrano来给大家说说美式足球在佛山的概况~
In Foshan, American football is still believed as a rare sport. Actually, the first professional American Football field in China is located in Foshan! Here is a foreign coach called Serrano from Foshan Skyway American Football Academy, and Serrano will tell us the general situation of American football in Foshan.

Serrano来自美国亚特兰大，是一名美式足球运动员兼教练。他从6岁开始玩美式足球，可谓是一个老江湖。
Serrano is from Atlanta, America, an American football player and coach. He started to play American football since the age of six, a typical old bird.

在谈及到“足球”在佛山和美国有什么不一样的时候，他笑说第一个是体型的不同。在美国，要玩美式足球就要有一个很强壮的身体素质，但是在中国，尤其在佛山，玩美式足球的人却称不上“big”，而是“fit”！
When it comes to the difference of “football” in Foshan and in America, he laughed and said the first thing is size. “In America, compared to China, you have to be very big and strong as a physical appearance. But, in China and in Foshan specifically, there are lots of locals who are very fit and strong as well,” Serrano said.

第二个不同就是，在佛山人心中说起football，很多人都第一时间想到用脚去踢的足球。这就是关于美式足球这项运动的理解，“我们用手去玩美式‘足’球！”。
The second difference is, when talking about “football” in China, most people will immediately think of that “football” playing with feet. This is about the understanding of American football. “We play American football with hands!” Serrano added.

平时Serrano的学员都是年龄低于12岁的小朋友，这个问题也同样困扰着小朋友们。Serrano说还真有小学员问过他为什么用手去玩，但是要叫“football”呢。
Serrano’s pupils are all under 12 years old and this difference also confuses them. Some kids have really asked Serrano that why they didn’t play with feet but they called it football.
　

在Serrano来佛山之前，他对佛山的印象是来自李小龙！他在美国的时候也有学习过武术功夫。他还开玩笑希望女儿可以成为第二个李小龙！Serrano认为佛山是一个节奏不快适合家庭生活的好地方，而且佛山拥有值得他欣赏的独特文化。
Before Serrano came to Foshan, his impression of Foshan came from Bruce Lee! He had learned a lot about martial arts and he joked that he expected his daughter to become the next Bruce Lee. Serrano thinks Foshan is a family-friendly city and he appreciates the culture here.
