  新年伊始,佛山非遗就收获了一大波“全国流量”。这些古老的工艺不仅点缀着喜庆的日子,还象征着佛山人对美好生活的向往。

  元旦当晚,佛山木版年画、佛山剪纸、南海金箔等非遗项目登上中央电视台十套《探索·发现》之《匠人匠心》栏目,非遗传承人刘钟萍、饶宝莲、吴深龙成为第39期佛山专辑《节味岭南》的主角。无独有偶,近日,48部非遗纪录片在国家图书馆中国记忆项目中心的非遗展映专区上线,佛山唯一入选的佛山剪纸国家级非遗传承人陈永才的记录工作成果列入其中。

Liu Zhongping, Rao Baolian, and Wu Shenlong, inheritors of intangible cultural heritages, became the protagonists of the 39th Foshan episode "Lingnan Flavor". In addition, recently, 48 intangible cultural heritage documentaries have been released in the exhibition area of China Memory Project Center of National Library, including the record of Chen Yongcai, the sole selected inheritor of national intangible cultural heritage--- Foshan paper-cut.

  为纪念师父,年画女侠复刻《佛山秋色》

  刘钟萍由于对古老手艺的偏爱,转行进入佛山木版年画领域。经过多年学习,去年她打算复刻师父的代表作《佛山秋色》,以此纪念过世的师父。

  With the preference for ancient craftsmanship, Liu Zhongping changed her career into the field of woodcut Chinese New Year pictures in Foshan. After years of study, last year, she planned to replicate the masterpiece called "Foshan Qiuse" in memory of her deceased master.

  “师父曾对我说,雕刻的要义只有细心二字。”节目中,刘钟萍坦言,为做这件作品,她的每一次落刀都分外谨慎,她希望能够尽量雕的与师父的原稿一致;这道工序既要在有限的空间里展现人物的喜怒哀乐,还要保持线条简洁流畅,一刀走错,前功尽弃。

  "My master had told me that the key point of carving is to be careful," Liu said in the program. She admitted that in order to finish this work, she was extremely careful on every move using the knife, so that the work could be consistent with her masters manuscript as much as possible. This process needs to show the joys and sorrows of the characters in limited space, and keep the lines simple and smooth. Once making a mistake, all the previous efforts will be meaningless.

  刘钟萍谈到,佛山木版年画在色彩上大面积使用红丹、绿、黄等大色块套印,画面富丽堂皇,熠熠生辉,是过去佛山人过年必不可少的年俗用品之一。

  Liu said that Foshan woodcut Chinese New Year pictures used red, green, yellow and other large color blocks to overprint, making the picture magnificent and colorful, which was one of the indispensable Chinese New Year items for Foshan people to celebrate the Spring Festival in the past.

  80岁的陈永才自1960年从艺,是目前从事佛山剪纸时间最长的一位艺人,主创了《秋色赛会》《古镇佛山》等大型剪纸。

  At present, 80-year-old Chen Yongcai, engaged in making crafts since 1960, is a craftsman who has been engaged in Foshan paper-cut for the longest time. He has created large-scale paper-cuts such as "Qiuse Competition" and "Ancient Town Foshan".

  2010年,他与徒弟饶宝莲合作,创作铜凿剪纸作品《佛山新八景》,长达2.66米,内容融入佛山有代表性的景观跟文化元素。陈永才谈到,这是目前全国乃至全世界面积最大的铜凿剪纸。

  In 2010, he collaborated with his apprentice Rao Baolian to create the copper chisel paper-cut "Eight New Landscapes of Foshan", which is 2.66 meters long with the integration of representative landscapes and cultural elements of Foshan. Chen Yongcai said that it is the largest copper chisel paper-cut in China and even the world.

  创作时,饶宝莲几乎屏住呼吸,才能让线条一气呵成,“铜凿剪纸的‘凿’妙就妙在在铜箔上击打出的圆点,凿而不穿、凸而不破;佛山八景每个图案都不同,方寸之间要做到颜色渐变有层次,必须配色精准、填色一丝不苟。”

  When creating, Rao almost held her breath in order to get the lines done smoothly. "The beauty of the copper chisel paper-cut lies in the dots struck on the copper foil, which are chiseled and convex, but not broken. Each pattern of the eight landscapes of Foshan is different. Therefore, in order to achieve a gradual change of colors in tiny space, it must be accurate in color matching and meticulous in color filling," Rao said.

  为陶牛贴“金”,祝福大家新年大展宏图

  Paste gold foils on ox-shaped pottery to bless a fortunate New Year

  南海金箔锻造技艺省级非遗传承人吴深龙自18岁跟父亲学习金箔锻造技艺,他谈到:“捶打是金箔制作中难度最大的一个环节,力度和捶打方向都要精准,力度过大,金片容易被捶打开裂,也不是用阴柔力打下去,那会让金片粘在一起。”吴深龙谈到,过去,金箔锻造技术是在家族中传承,近年来,吴深龙开设公益课堂,为的是打破壁垒、让更多的人可以接触到这门手艺。

  Wu Shenlong, a provincial inheritor of Nanhai gold foil forging skill, has been learning gold foil forging skill from his father since he was 18. "Hammering is the most difficult step in gold foil production. The strength and direction of the hammering should be accurate. If you beat too hard, the gold sheet will be cracked. However, if the power is  not sufficient, the gold sheet will stick together." said Wu. He mentioned that in the past, the skill was only inherited inside families. In recent years, Wu Shenlong has set up public classes, aiming to break down barriers and let more people learn about this craftsmanship.

  吴深龙父子除了继续为庙宇佛像贴金箔之外,还扩大了金箔的应用范围,尝试开发一些小件的金箔饰品,比如木梳、书签、挂饰等。今年是牛年,吴深龙将金箔贴在一款陶牛身上,陶牛顿时变成金牛,让人赞不绝口。

  In addition to pasting gold foils on the Buddha statues for temples, Wu Shenlong and his son have also expanded the application scope of gold foils and tried to develop some small gold foil ornaments, such as combs, bookmarks, pendants, etc. In the year of the Ox, Wu Shenlong has pasted gold foils on a type of ox-shaped pottery to turn it into a golden ox, which was highly praised.
