3月17日，首届中国加州鲈产业链年会暨第四届中国加州鲈产业论坛华南站”在南海区九江鱼花产业园区内举行。本次活动由中国水产前沿展、水产前沿、佛山市南海区九江水产协会联合主办，现场汇集了大批科研院所、水产协会和水产企业的代表，在此全面直面整个产业链的发展机遇和痛点，共同探讨加州鲈全产业链发展策略。

On March 17th, the first China’s Annual Conference for Micropterus Salmoides Industrial Chain and the 4th Micropterus Salmoides Industry Forum (South China) were held at Yuhua Industrial Park in Jiujiang Town, Nanhai District. Hosted by China Fishery Frontier Exhibition, Fish First journal and Jiujiang Fishery Association, the event gathered up tons of delegates from scientific institutes, fishery associations and enterprises to talk about both challenges and opportunities that exist along the industrial chain and discuss a long-term industrial strategy. 

今日，一批行业“大咖”在九江全面直面加州鲈产业链的发展机遇和痛点，共同探讨种苗、饲料、养殖、动保、流通、零售、加工、餐饮等全产业链各环节的发展策略，为促进乡村振兴助力。大会上，科研院所和企业代表立足自身领域，作了《如何有效提高加州鲈养殖产量？》、《加州鲈良种选育最新进展及鱼类育种方法简介》、《加州鲈养殖盈利模式的探讨》等10场专题报告，为参会者带来一场“头脑风暴”。

On the conference, industrial experts opened up about the long-existing problems in cultivating micropterus salmoides and brainstormed ideas on seedling, feed, breeding, protection, circulation, retail, processing, catering and more. The ultimate goal is to revitalize local rural areas through a booming fishery industry.  

“今天过来了解一下能够降低种苗死亡率的新技术。” 佛山市吉裕润达渔业科技有限公司代表关勇明说，如何让加州鲈种苗病害少、生长快，一直是行业痛点，希望可以与行业相关企业进行交流，获取前沿养殖技术信息。

“I’m here today to keep myself updated about the latest technologies for reducing seedling mortality. It has been a problem that plagued the industry for long.” said Guan Yongming, a delegate from Foshan Jiyurunda Fishery Technology Co., Ltd.

According to Xiong Si, host of the conference and the founder of Fish First, an influential journal in fishery, a booming industry is the key to prosperous rural areas. In this end, strong enterprises, including Jiumaojiu Group, Meituan and Dingdong, play an important role when they can ensure smooth circulation for fishery products - industrial growth is sustained by strong consumption power. 

广东省农业农村厅副厅长高庆营表示，希望通过此次会议进行技术交流、资讯共享，同时更希望能够建立专业论坛平台，聚力解决种质资源优化、绿色养殖、数字信息技术应用、加工研发、冷链运输、餐饮美食、电子商务等方面难题瓶颈，赋能产业发展。

According to Gao Qingying, deputy director of the Guangdong Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, this conference serves an important platform for technical exchanges and information sharing, where wisdoms are collected for germplasm resources, eco-friendly breeding,  information technology application, processing R & D, cold-chain transportation, catering service and e-commerce. 

首届中国加州鲈产业链年会为何选择九江？九江镇1984年引入加州鲈养殖，并对鱼苗进行自主孵化，至今已有37年。九江在孵化、培育、养殖、营养、病害防治、物流配送、产学研等各环节始终处于行业领先地位，在佛山市内逐渐带动了顺德、高明、三水等地的部分镇街形成养殖集聚区。

To be the host city for this ground-breaking conference, Jiujiang Town has leading advantages in the industry. First, it boasts a solid industrial foundation that few can match. As early as in 1984, Jiujiang has introduced micropterus salmoides breeds and started independent breeding ever since. For 37 years, the town has accumulated rich experience in incubation, cultivation, breeding, nutrition, disease prevention, distribution, production, education and research. Due to these successes, some other places in Shunde, Gaoming and Sanshui have also developed their own breeding bases.

据统计，2019年九江镇加州鲈种苗孵化培育量约占全国60%，是全国加州鲈种苗繁育中心；物流配送量日均400吨以上，约占全市的60%以上，占全省的50%以上，是全国加州鲈集散中心。

 

Statistically speaking, as a national center for Micropterus salmoides breeding, Jiujiang accounted for 60% in the whole country. With a daily average distribution of more than 400 tons that made up over 60% in Foshan and over 50% in Guangdong, Jiujiang is also China’s distribute hub for the breeds.

为推动鱼苗产业高质量发展，九江镇以创新方式，建立紧密的“所地”合作。早在去年6月，九江镇就启动创建省级现代农业产业园，并筹建现代农业产业研究院。九江镇镇长张厚祥表示，接下来，九江将以建设中国淡水鱼种业名镇、粤港澳大湾区高品质水产养殖示范区作为目标和引领，通过技术改良、基塘改造、养殖方式调整等，突破九江目前水产养殖过程中所存在的瓶颈，推动九江水产养殖业的结构调整和品质提升。

Second, Jinjiang also made continuous efforts to innovate its development pattern. In order to achieve high-quality industrial development, Jiujiang has started to build a provincial-level modern agricultural industrial park in last June, and is now planning on a research institute for modern agricultural industry. As revealed by Zhang Houxiang, the mayor of Jiujiang Town, in a long-term, Jiujiang sets its sight on a national town for freshwater fish breeding and a demonstration zone for high-quality aquaculture in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. By focusing on technological improvement, fish pond updates and breeding technology improvement, Jiujiang is expected to solve its “bottleneck” problems and go a long way in industrial transformation.
