7日~10日，几个不同水道的水上“速度与激情”将在桂城叠滘上演。四个赛区、几条不同水道（S形、C形、L形、直道），不同难度的漂移竞赛，将把佛山整个龙舟季推向顶峰！
From June 7 to 10, there will be "fast and furious" dragon boat drifting in several different waterways in Guicheng, Nanhai. Drifting contests on four areas in several differentwaterways including shape S, shape C, shape L and straight track with different degrees of difficulty will bring Foshan Dragon Boat Season to its peak!
叠滘水乡，河涌纵横交错，河流在沧海桑田的演变中，形成了平均宽度六米的河道，限定了龙船不能并船角逐争先，只能单船计时竞渡。25米的大龙舟在多弯的河道上漂移奋进，上百只龙舟在狭隘弯曲的赛道中比试速度和技巧，堪称技术与力量的完美结合。
In Diejiao water village, rivers are arranged in a crisscross pattern and a river with an average widthof six meters is formed, which limits dragon boats going side by side and onlysupports a single ship timing race. The 25-meter dragon boat drifts on themulti-bend river channels and hundreds of dragon boats compete their speed and skill in narrow curved tracks, which is a perfect combination of skill and power.

在佛山，除了龙舟竞渡以外，还有一种叫“夜龙汇游”的龙舟活动！数十只龙舟以锣鼓、罗伞、彩灯点缀龙身，“盛装”出行尽展龙舟美态。

587岁“盐步老龙”
587-year-old “Yanbu Dragon Boat”
南海区盐步老龙，今年已经587岁高龄，盐步老龙全长有36.8米（不含龙头、龙尾），重达4吨，用坤甸木打造，船上最多可以容纳86人，是全国最古老的龙舟之一。
Yanbu old dragon boat in Nanhai is 587 years old this year. With a total length of 36.8 meters (not including the head and tail) and a weight up to 4 tons. Being made of Belian (a kind of wood), it can accommodate 86 people and is one of the oldest dragon boats in China.
这条百年“老龙”现在已经不参与龙舟赛了，只在龙舟竞赛盛会中进行游龙表演。龙头和龙尾都保存在盐步华光庙内，而船体则“蛰伏”在盐步的三新村内。
This century-old dragon boat is no longer involved in the dragon boat race, and it only appears in the dragon boat parade. Both the dragon boat head and tail are preserved in YanbuHuaguang Temple, while the dragon boat body is kept in Sanxin Village in Yanbu.

南海大沥最大型的龙舟竞渡活动之一！从清朝道光年间至今，每年的五月初八都将有龙船会景，群众争先围观龙舟赛事、洗龙船水……气氛热闹非凡！
One of the largest dragonboat races in Dali Nanhai! Since the Daoguang Period of the Qing Dynasty, there will be dragon boat races on the fifth day of the first lunar month, and citizens will scramble to watch the race and wash with the dragon-boatwater...presenting an exciting atmosphere.
