From December 24 to 25, 2023 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Martial Arts Culture Carnival and Kickboxing Competiton kicked off at the Feihong Hall in Xiqiao, Nanhai. It attracted various martial arts masters gathering in Nanhai. This event was also the first Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area comprehensive Kickboxing Competiton since the establishment of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Guangdong) Martial Arts Cultural Exchange Center. After two days of intense combat, four gold belt players emerged.

This competition was guided by Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Guangdong) Martial Arts Culture Exchange Center, Nanhai Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau, and Nanhai Martial Arts Association. It is a multi-element comprehensive Kung Fu Kickboxing Competiton.The competition is divided into youth and adult Kickboxing, free Kickboxing, standing mixed martial arts and other forms of Kickboxing. On Dec 24th, the youth group held multiple levels of championship competition; On Dec 25th, adult professional players participated in the Kickboxing competition to compete for four gold belts. The competition teams came from nearly 50 clubs in the Greater Bay Area (including Hong Kong and Macao). Moreover, a number of foreign athletes from Hong Kong clubs also participated in the competition.

With diverse rules and rich content, this contest is a multi-element mixed martial arts (MMA) event in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. On Dec 24th, the first day of competition, the first fight of the youth amateur group was held. On Dec 25th, 2023 ENERGY FIGHT brought in Kickboxing. It is the first time that mixed martial arts style, which originated in Japan. In addition , it is similar to China's Sanda, which is a stand-up fight that combines kick and fist with wrestling. The match team is more powerful, players from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and 22 foreign players from the top clubs have unique skills.

In particular, it is worth mentioning that the gold belt for the winner was sponsored by the Wenwu Shuangquan Youth Foundation. In addition, the gold belt was made of 9999 gold, and each belt cost up to 200,000 yuan. The head of the Civil and Military Youth Foundation said that they will continue to hold the youth Golden Belt in 2024.

At present, Nanhai is vigorously promoting the construction of "a city strong on sport", and has won the title of national sports industry demonstration base, national high-level sports reserve talent base, and the first national sports fitness model area. With the popularization of the Kickboxing competiton from the professional to the general public, Kickboxing has gradually become a popular sport among the masses. In order to enhance the martial arts culture of Foshan and Nanhai, develop martial arts sports, build martial arts brands, and further promote the development of fighting in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Nanhai has created an immersive fighting experience, improved the competition quality, and provided a communication platform for the majority of fighting fans through the display of fighting activities and the use of online and the scene platforms.
