On March 13th, Foshan Entrepreneurs Conference 2022 was held in Chancheng District. By thoroughly studying and implementing general secretary of Communist Party of China Central Committee Xi Jinpings important exposition on promoting entrepreneurship, the conference sent a strong signal to the whole society to pay tribute to entrepreneurs and give support to enterprises, as a way of boosting the high-quality development of Foshan.

Tu Gaokun, Minister of Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangdong Province expressed that Foshan is a highland for manufacturing and an appealin place for entrepreneurs. In recent years, Foshan has made great efforts to promote the high-quality development in the manufacturing industry and gained outstanding achievements. Foshan Municipal Governments endeavor on promoting enterprise service has also created a favorable business environment for enterprises. In the future, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangdong Province will join hands with the majority of entrepreneurs and the Foshan Municipal Government, and follow the "1+1+9" work deployment of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee to take on a new look of high-quality economic development.

Zheng Ke, Secretary of the CPC Foshan Municipal Party Committee said that entrepreneurs are the No.1 contributors to promoting the development of Foshan enterprises, and also the pioneer who leads Foshan in the reform and opening up. Entrepreneurs should thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinpings important expositions on promoting entrepreneurship.

Firstly, Foshan should take the people-oriented value as the common pursuit, inherit and promote the entrepreneurial spirit, and devote themselves to great causes, creating a competitive business environment.

Second, Foshan should stand on the same development strategy and work together with all walks of the society to implement the requirements of "New Development Stage, New Development Philosophy, New Development Layout, High-quality Development", and take the "515" high-quality development strategic goal as an action plan to implement the new development concept, so as to find the focal point of enterprise development.

Third is to follow the same development path to boost enterprise development. The government and enterprises should work together to empower development with innovation, invest in the era of digital and intelligent transformation with a more positive attitude, actively improving the quality and efficiency of the stock and inefficient land, and improve the corporate governance concept and mechanism.

Fourth, faced with the current challenges, entrepreneurs must maintain strategic concentration, and make contributions to maintaining a stable and healthy economic environment. Foshan Municipal Government will, as always, give support to enterprises and promise to achieve "zero distance" in government-enterprise communication, to create a first-class business environment.

At the meeting, Mayor of Foshan Bai Tao introduced Foshan’s business environment and policies of enterprise service. Hu Tai, Director of the Standing Committee of the Foshan Municipal Peoples Congress announced that September 27 will be Foshans "Entrepreneur Day" and "Talent Day".
