From January to June, the company registered a total revenue of 162.36 billion yuan, with 250,000 counted units of property delivered on schedule. Moving forward, it will countinue to look for real estate markets with a healthy supply-demand relations, where high-quality land resources will be discovered in local strategic locations.

Midea Group, a house-old home appliance maker based in Shunde District, jumped five places up to the 77th this year, thanks to a outstanding turnover of 341.23321 billion yuan. For the first half of 2022, Midea Group created 341.23321 billion yuan in turnover, which marks a year-on-year increase of 5%. Driven by a digital and intelligence-based endeavor, the group has intensified input in R&D. As of June 2022, Midea (including Toshiba Home Appliances) has received more than 77,000 patent authorizations, as well as more than 2,000 invention patents worldwide in the first half of this year.
