On October 13, the list of a new batch of “Guangdong Social Science Popularization Base” was released. Thirty-three institutions in Foshan are on the list, adding vitality to the social science popularization in the city.

It is reported that in February this year, Foshan Social Science Federation organized the city’s institutions to apply for the provincial social science popularization bases. After preliminary evaluation, on-site inspection, and review and recognition, 22 bases like Foshan Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Exhibition Hall are listed as “Provincial Social Science Popularization Standard Base”, 4 bases like Youth Development Research Base of Foshan University are listed as “Provincial Social Science Popularization Enhancement Base”, and 7 bases like Lingnan Lion Dance Heritage Education Base are listed as “Provincial Social Science Popularization Incubation Base”.

In recent years, Foshan Social Science Federation organized a series of social science popularization activities with more diverse content, channels and media, achieving a lot in the work of social science popularization.
