The 39th CERAMBATH Autumn Fair will be held from October 18 to 21 at the Chinese Ceramics City, China Ceramics Industry Headquarters, and Foshan International Conference and Exhibition Center, according to the press conference on July 10.
As the home of world ceramics, the CERAMBATH Autumn Fair, which has been held since 2002, has witnessed a consecutive success in 38 sessions, becoming the preferred stage for ceramic and sanitary ware companies to release new products, new technologies, new patterns, and new trends, and one of the most important trade fairs for international ceramic distributors. In 2022, the ceramic industry in Foshan achieved an industrial output value of 96.77 billion yuan, accounting for about 40% of the national output.
The fair, with the theme of "Embrace the New," will be upgraded in two directions: expanding advantages and closely following the new trend of consumption upgrade. Chen Zhipeng, the Operation Director of the fair, introduced that this exhibition will leverage the advantages of both online industrial platforms and offline industrial clusters to provide all-round docking services for distributors, import and export suppliers, international buyers, and designers nationwide, meanwhile building a platform for communication and exchange between exhibitors and buyers to achieve precise matching of supply and demand.
Focusing on the market demand, the fair will set up new exhibition halls in three major venues. The Exhibition Hall of China Ceramics City will be designed for high-end brands, with exhibition areas including imported brands area, new brands area, and creative park. The Foshan International Conference and Exhibition Center Exhibition Hall will focus on new brands, with exhibition areas including new brands area, sealant area, and auxiliary materials area. The China Ceramics Industry Headquarters Exhibition Hall will be upgraded to a comprehensive exhibition area for new materials, showcasing electroplated metal tiles, soft ceramics, wooden sound-absorbing panels, and ecological resin boards, providing a stage for enterprises, distributors, and designers to display new materials, new processes, and new design.
In addition, the fair will launch the "Foshan Ceramics Fair Promotion Plan", targeting exhibition halls outside the three major venues mentioned. Through the combination of "Online Exhibition Hall + Hand-drawn Service Brochure," the event aims to help companies promote new products and technologies. Moreover, the fair will also set up a cultural and creative market and art exhibitions in the China Ceramics City Exhibition Hall, creating an industry carnival that integrates art, cultural creativity, and urban culture to provide exceptional exhibition experience for buyers.
In terms of channel promotion, the fair will hold new product launches to promote ceramic tile products which are anti-skid, wear-resistant, and with low color saturation, as well as sanitary ware products which are intelligent, harmless, and eco-friendly. Besides, the Online Ceramics Fair (8.0 version) will also be launched, continuing to focus on live streaming and short videos to diversify promotional channels.
Du Tonghe, Vice President of China National Light Industry Council and Chairman of China Ceramic Industry Association, expressed the hope that with the support and guidance of the government, Foshan Ceramics Fair will help optimize both the industrial development in Foshan, connect more high-quality upstream and downstream resources, expand the influence of Foshan ceramics and even Chinese ceramics in the world.
